We’re really looking forward to getting back to the UK with this new record. We got an excellent review in today’s Daily Mirror! They said “Part Stevie Nicks, part confessional troubadour, Pronsky sheds some of her Trad Americana skin on this outing, emerging as a cute but dark talent in the process. Atmospheric influences bring out the full range of her lean expressive vocalising and the songs boast depth and panache.” Also exciting: 4 star reviews in both The Scotsman’s Sunday paper and Country Music People. And airplay is coming in on many BBC radio stations. Here’s where we’ll be on the tour:
3.19 Edinburgh, UK – Leith Folk Club
3.20 Glasgow, UK – Sounds in the Suburbs
3.21 Edinburgh, UK – House Concert
3.22 Thirsk, UK – Loosely Folk at Rural Arts
3.23 Newcastle, UK – Jumpin Hot at Studio in Live Theatre
3.24 Sheffield, UK – The Greystones
3.27 Bristol, UK – Hen & Chicken
3.28 Birmingham, UK – Hare & Hounds w/ The Toy Hearts
3.29 Stalybridge, UK – The Verge at The Rifleman
3.30 Barton Upon Humber, UK – Ropery Hall
3.31 London, UK – Twickfolk

Only Daughter will be released in one month and there will be a number of release shows throughout March.
Tickets are on sale now to the big NYC CD Release show Friday, March 15 at the Jalopy Theatre! This show features my full band and is also a double header! My husband and esteemed guitarist Rich Bennett (along with a trio of excellent musicians) will play songs from DiBenedetto, Rich’s new guitar EP, which will be released that night as well. We will also be filming a music video and will need your help being extra boisterous in the audience. This show is all ages, so you can bring your kids and their tickets are half-price.
The next day, March 16, we’ll be doing a second release show in Yonkers at Urban H20. Hope you Westchester people can make it to that one!
We’re also playing Club Passim in Boston on March 10 with Shannon Whitworth. Tickets here.

We did a 40 minute interview/live performance and talked about life in Brooklyn, the new album, and more. The show has been archived and is available for listening any time on the show’s website.
